The production sites of the Mehler Group of Companies are equipped with highly modern machinery and equipment. All processes are precisely controlled in order to achieve optimum results and products that are ready for the market. The electrician is constantly in close contact with other specialists and plays an important role because he is responsible for energy technology and electronics.
The apprenticeship is varied. The trainees systematically learn about more and more complex machinery and equipment. The practical work, under the watchful eyes of experienced trainers, is supported by fundamental teaching.
Opportunities for employment and promotion
After successfully completing the apprenticeship, the electrician can look forward to a varied range of tasks, including maintenance, development, and initial operation of machinery and equipment at the customers’ premises both at home and abroad. The successful completion of an apprenticeship as an Industrial Technology Electrician is an excellent basis for further professional qualifications (as an electronics technologist, for example). It would also be possible to go on to study electrical engineering.
