生产经理 / Production Manager

核心职责 / Core Responsibilities:

1. 车间管理: 确保车间有序组织，实施有效的纪律和工作流程策略。/ Workshop Management: ensure workshop is well organized and implement effective discipline and workflow strategies.

2. 质量协调: 与质量和实验室部门密切合作，执行质量标准并提高员工的质量意识。/ Quality Coordination: work closely with Quality and Laboratory to enforce quality standards and improve quality awareness among employees.

3. 数据驱动的决策:利用数据和分析做出明智、及时的决策，提高运营效率。/ Data-driven decision making: leverage data and analytics to make informed, timely decisions and improve operational efficiency.

4. 跨部门协作:与技术、维护和工程、供应链部门保持良好沟通和协调。/ Cross-departmental collaboration: maintain good communication and coordination with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain departments.

5. 精益管理: 应用精益管理原则，简化生产，减少浪费，并优化绩效。/ Lean Management: Apply lean management principles to streamline production, reduce waste and optimize performance.

6. 领导力和纪律:以身作则，在员工中树立纪律和责任心的文化。/ Leadership and Discipline: lead by example and establish a culture of discipline and accountability among employees.

7. 客户导向:理解客户需求，确保生产符合重要客户的标准。/ Customer Orientation: understand customer needs and ensure production meets the standards of important customers.

8. 问题解决:快速识别生产问题并实施高效的解决方案。/ Problem Solving: quickly identify production problems and implement efficient solutions

任职要求 / Job Qualifications:

- 在纺织、汽车或传送带行业具有生产经理或类似职位的丰富经验。/ Extensive experience as a production manager or similar position in the textile, automotive or conveyor belt industries.

- 对生产工艺有深入了解，尤其是浸胶纱和工程纱的生产工艺。/ In-depth knowledge of production processes, especially for dipped and engineered yarns.

- 具有精益制造实践和原则的经验。/ Experience with lean manufacturing practices and principles.

- 出色的组织和领导能力。/ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- 能够做出数据驱动的决策。/ Ability to make data-driven decisions.

- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力。/ Good verbal and written communication skills.

- 熟悉汽车或工业纺织行业的质量标准和合规要求。/ Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements in the automotive or industrial textile industries.
