KAP Surface Technologies honors first training company for surface coating in Hungary

Due to extensive expansion investment reviews at the Sátoraljaújhely location in Hungary,
Nicolai A. J. Baum, CEO of KAP Surface Technologies and the managing director of
Heiche Hungary Surface Technology Kft., Ralf Lutz, congratulates with a certificate
on the successful establishment of apprenticeship training in Hungary.

"Our training offensive 2020, which was initiated in 2017, is already bearing its first
far-reaching fruits, says Nicolai A. J. Baum, adding that the location in Hungary is productivity
and capacity utilization has increased excellently in recent years and therefor further
expansion is planned. That is why, good skilled workers, are very important.
It will ensure, that all trainees, who have successfully completed their apprenticeship
at practice partner Heiche Hungary and also in school, which is just 10km far, will also
be taken over.

In the presence of Prof. Richard Hörcsik, Member of the Hungarian Parliament and the
head of professional school Dr. Téglás, Ralf Lutz and Nicolai A. J. Baum handed over a
check of 5.000 EUR, for further improvement of conditions at school for trainees.

In the following interviews, Prof. Hörcsik confirmed, that politics will continue the support
of Heiche Hungary. In particular, you can see at Sátoraljaújhely location, a prime example
in relation to value-oriented corporate policy and the vision of a sustainable company policy
at KAP Surface Technologies.
