The share capital of KAP AG consists of 7,767,563 shares with a mathematical share in the share capital of EUR 2.60 per share each.

The Carlyle Group holds around 45.5 % of the shares and FM Verwaltungs GmbH 25.7 %. Therefore 28.8 % of KAP shares are to be counted towards the free float accordingly (as of December 31, 2023).
