YOUR CHALLENGE
- You identify growth opportunities by leveraging existing knowledge, proactive market analysis, teaming with existing resources, modern tools and training
- Co-developing sales strategy and ensuring its implementation is part of your responsibility as well as result and budget for your sales area
- Seeking for new business opportunities, you fulfil customer needs cross-functionally with your R&D and production colleagues
- Creating long-term partnerships, you develop new and existing key accounts on different levels through great service and social skills
- Working target oriented and self-organized in a fast-paced environment, part of an international, diverse team with common goals
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for sales and several years of experience in pool business or comparable industries
- Broad experience in activating various sales channels (direct/indirect/ digital)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French, Flemish, Dutch, German and/ or English
- Strong analytical skills, technical competence and effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work as an self-organized team player in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
