Requirements:  Technical college or high school diploma, good grades in mathematics, German and English, enthusiasm for economic contexts, interest in independent and creative work, sense of responsibility and commitment, ability to work within a team, communication skills  

Interesting commercial work 
Industrial management assistants undertake a broad range of tasks and must be well-prepared. In our modern company, which has a range of business relations with both suppliers and customers across various industries at home and abroad, we can provide an established basic education for young people within the commercial sector. This forms an excellent basis for later specialization in specific functional areas.

Experiences on many levels 
The course contains both practical and theoretical elements. The trainee goes through a number of departments in our company and thus gains insights in a range of different job descriptions. In addition to the vocational college, seminars, communication courses and foreign language advancement are also offered.  

Excellent chances for advancement 
Young business graduates who successfully complete training, will later have a good chance at a qualified position in a sales department of our company. Graduation clears the way for subsequent training opportunities and a corresponding promotion. Opportunities include industrial business administrator, accountant or a Bachelor of Arts degree.
