KAP BETEILIGUNGS-AG SELLS ITS INDIRECT 74% SHAREHOLDING IN KIRSON, NEUSTADT/DONAU
Mehler AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KAP Beteiligungs-AG, today concluded an agreement for the sale of its majority shareholding in Kirson Industrial Reinforcements GmbH, Neustadt/Donau. The sale price as well as the accounting profit are in the low double-digit € millions range. With the sale Mehler AG has brought an end to a cooperation which began in 1993. The sale is expected to be completed in the third quarter.
The buyer is a major international industrial concern that intends to continue developing Kirson Industrial Reinforcements GmbH in a sustainable manner in the coming years.
