ANDRE WERHAHN HAS LEFT KAP BETEILIGUNGS-AG
Fulda, 21 December 2017 – KAP Beteiligungs-AG announced today the resignation of André Wehrhahn as CFO and member of the Management Board of KAP Beteiligungs-AG. Mr. Werhahn has already left the company in agreement with the Supervisory Board.
Until further notice Guido Decker, CEO, takes over CFO responsibilities as well. The Supervisory Board is confident to appoint the new CFO soon.
André Wehrhahn has been member of the Management Board since 2016. Ian Jackson, head of the Supervisory Board, said: “André Werhahn has had significant input in the development of KAP. The supervisory board thanks him for his contribution and wishes him every success for the future.”
